Keep It Simple, Stupid!
Can we simplify complex multiple insulin types and doses per day and go away from the Basal Bolus regimen (which, btw, usually works super well) without sacrificing efficacy? Can we make patients happy, make our lives managing their diabetes easier, and yet not be inferior to the Basal/Bolus method?
